I was not expecting any Jacob fans!!!!! Oh my! How could you? But fear not! I’m working on… something. I promise. Really. I think I’m just going to start with pillow covers (because believe it or not, I actually haven’t knitted in a while *gasp!!!!!*), but I might have to extend it into other really cool stuff. Thank you guys so much for visiting! I thought no one ever came here anymore. Okay. One Edward thing and one Jacob *evilglare* thing coming right up. Do you mind if I take quotes off of really cool fangirl t-shirts I’ve seen? Like, “Real men sparkle”?????

Okay, so call me Bella now. Don’t ask why. Just call me Bella. And being Bella, I have to make an Edward pattern. Yes, an EDWARD pattern. Okay, you know what I’m going to do? I’m going to create the Cullen series of knitting patterns. Sound good? That’s my promise. Can Bella be counted as a Cullen? You know what, scratch that question. Yes, of course Bella is a Cullen. And if any of you is a Jacob fan *evilglare* I might make you a La Push line. Maybe.

Here they are. The socks are done. Finally. They drove me crazy. Hee hee. Crazyknittinggirls, right? They kind of drove me crazy. As you can see, the second one is quite a bit smaller. Not like it really matters, I mean, they’re just on my feet, right? And the first one WAS too big, so I guess it balances out, right? One too big, one too small. Like my feet, which are of unequal sizes. Now I have to knit something else. Although, right now I am writing a story. Sorry, that was off topic. Oh well. Whatever.

3. I want to make a baby present for a baby that I have no idea the due date of
4. 3 people want me to make them hats
5. i’ve gotta finish a b-day gift for my mom

Lost

I was going to have a really cool, all-green-all-the-time type post for St. Patrick’s Day. I really was.

Instead, I knit a pair of fluffy mittens for the Dulaan Project.

I also went half of the day without wearing a speck of green. Shameful.

 

Lace Knitter’s Diary ~ Lily

Aack. I am slowly dying. I can’t stand to look at my lace. I am soo ashamed. I finally found out what this repeat is the repeat of.

This 4th pattern repeat is the pattern of Every-Time-I-Touch-It-There-Is-A-Disaster.

I was in the car. It was next to me. I sat on it. I stood out, and all the stitches fell off. At least 1/2 of them. I couldn’t try to fix it, I would kill it. I can’t look at it. It is hidden in shame.

The Good Old Boye Needles

The 12th was my birthday. We were at my grandma’s house in another state. My lovely grandma, who used to be a knitter herself, dumped a ton of knitting tools onto me – such as uber long size two aluminum needles and the sweetest little thinggymabobber that is round, and has those holes that you put the needle into to tell the size and then it has a little arrow that, when pointing at the hole, will also show recommended yarn, gauge, and the corresponding crochet hook size. It is sooooo cool. She also gave me these old knitting books which are simply hilarious (amigurumi baseball players made out of red heart acrylic) and also have the dumbest stuff!!! g2g
